The Lady Tigers (17-1) defeated Pepperell 11-1 in one period last night at Ray Lamb Stadium to punch their ticket to the Sweet Sixteen. The fast paced offense the Lady Tigers held the entirety of the game was no match for the Lady Dragons. The Lady Ti gers defense also played lights out and held the Lady Dragons to only one goal on the night. Chloe Diaz and Ivy Tolbert both led the time offensively. Tol bert had five goals and two assist, while Diaz had five goals and one Lady Tigers headed to Sweet Sixteen assist. Kate Hill also helped the offense with one goal and two assist. Rachel English, Er- may Vasquez and Are- ly Ledesma recorded a combine number of five assist on the night. The Lady Tigers are set to take on Atlanta International (10-5-1). The Lady Eagles of At lanta International end ed their season third in the 1A D-l Region 6. The Lady Eagles are coming off of a huge 7-1 win against Prince Avenue. Lady Dragons punch ticket to Sweet Sixteen The Lady Dragons recently punched their ticket to the Sweet Sixteen after defeating Cartersville last night at Memorial Stadium. The Lady Dragons had an explo sive offensive game, which pushed them to the victory. The Lady Dragons are now 12-1-1 on the season.
