of default, failure to pay the
indebtedness as and when due

Land Surveyor No. 1577, the last
revised plat of said Subdivision
being recorded on November 6,
1995, and recorded in Plat Book
46, Page 96, Jackson County
plat records. Said plat being
incorporated herein by reference
thereto for a more particular and
complete description of said lots.
Said lots are improved property
having situate thereon a single
family residence and being
known as 122 Woodland Lane,
Jefferson, GA30549, according to
the present system of numbering
in effect in the City of Jefferson,
Georgia.
This conveyance is made
subject to all zoning ordinances,
easements and restrictions of
record affecting said bargained
premises.
The debt secured by said
Security Deed has been and is
hereby declared due because
of, among other possible events
of default, failure to pay the
indebtedness as and when due
and in the manner provided in the
Note and Security Deed. The debt
remaining in default, this sale will
be made for the purpose of paying
the same and all expenses of this
sale, as provided in Security Deed
and by law, including attorney’s
fees (notice of intent to collect
