Hecht Admits He Embezzled $306,000 of Funds Belonging to Bank CINCINNATI, Oct. 10—Fred erick W. Hecht, former cashier of the American National Bank at Dayton, plead guilty in the federal district court to an indictment charging him with having embezzl ed $306,000 of the bank’s funds. The sentence was to be pronounced later in the day.
