COLON POISONING ODESTROYS HEALTH Hastens Old Age and Prema- , ture Degeneration of All Vital Organs You are a wise man or woman if you undrestand your colon and keep it in perfect working order. Health, happiness, vigor and long life are the gifts which an active colon gives you—and a lazy colon tages away. Your colon is the last five feet of your digestive canal. It is your sewerage system; your garbage can, so to sneak. Keep it clean and you are well and happy; let it stagnate and it will distill the poisons of de cay, fermentation (gas) and putre faction into your blood, poisoning your brain and nerves so that you are restless, irritable and blue; poi soning your heart so that you are weak, listless and lazy; poisoning your lungs so that your breath is heavy or foul; poisoning your stom [ ach and digestive organs so that you are bloated, belching and un eomfortable with gas pains; poi soning your blood so that your skin looks yellow, sallow and unhealthy; poisoning every’ part and organ of fibres or muscle cells which, by their your body, through your blood mak ing you look and feel old and ugly long before your time; making your joints and your back stiff and rheu matic, your eyes dull and your brain sluggish. By the perfect law of Nature, your colon should empty itself three times a day—within an hour I after eating. Does your colon work that well? If not it has lost its tone. "What do we mean by tone? Your colon is a hollow muscle.
