Felder, jyhiuh Was sol emnized , Tuesday at high' noon at ' the home of her mother, Mrs. T. iJ. Stovall, on Virginia avenue, in the presence of a group of close friends and relatives. Dr. F. C. McConnell, pastor of the Druid Hills Baptist church, performed th?- impressive service, using the ring ceremony. This unattended group made an I impressive picture as they stood in the arch doorway between the liv ing room and music room, which were decorated with palms and ferns "and cut flowers and lighted with softly shaded lamps. Radiantly Lovely Bride The bride, who is of a handsome : blond type, looked unusually love j I’y in a gown of midnight blue sat | in-back crepe, elaborately beaded [ with an Egyptian design in varie [ gated colors. Her hat was a soft sports model in guy. / Prominent Families The bride is the only daughter o‘ the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas J. Stovall, her father being for years a successful wholesale merchant and manufacturer in Atlanta, with many friends throughout the state. Her mother was Miss Martha Cal laway, of LaGrange, a tine repre sentative of this most excellent Georgia family. Mrs. Felder is well known throughout the state as a young girl of most unusual musical talent, which has been most beautifully cultivated-"by several years’ study under Mrs. Armand Carroll, of At lanta. Winter before last she had tlje added advantage of a year’s study under Ethel Lekinska. She had just completed a concert tour of the state (with two other musi cian), and is now known as one of Atlanta’s finest pianist and ac companist. She is a sister pf Mr. George Sto- Vall and Mr. Pope Stovall, both of Atlanta. Mr. Felder is unsuccessful busi ness man of Atlanta, being Georgia district manager of the Remington Cash Register company. Felder, of wide popularity, was for twenty years mayor of Americus. His mother -was Miss Lucy Taylor, daughter of Mr. S. K. Taylor, a wealthy and prominent eitizeu of Americus. Mr. Felder is a broth er of Mrs. Logan T. Williamson, of Atlanta; Mrs. Sydney Hogerton, ’or Chicago; Mr. Thomas J. Felder, of Paris and New York; Mr. K. Taylor Felder, of Atlanta, and Mr. C. W. Mathis, at their home on Lee street. Miss Mary Elizabeth I’asterlin will arrive tonight from Hollins to spend the holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. O. Easterin, at their bom e on Lee street. Miss Mary Earle Allen will arrive tonight from Brenau to spend the holidays with her parents, Dr. - and Mrs. H. B. Allen, on Lee street. Mis. Frank Bryant, of Atlanta, is the guest of Mrs. A. B. Donotcdtchcold- take 5 ‘ SCOTTS EMULSION M - COP SHOT BY OWN GUN DURING QUARREL) OPP, Ala., Dec. 18.—Herbert Dorsey, 35, a policeman, is in a hospital at Andalusia, in a serious, condition with two bullet wounds in his body, and H. J. Burgess, a jeweler, is in the city jail charged with an assault to murder. The two men engaged in a difficulty on the streets. Dorsey had placed Bur gess under arrest for public drunk enness.
