YOUNG WOMEN DROWN V IN FRISCO BAY SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 26. A man and a woman both unidenti fied, were drowned last night when as automobile driven by Victor L. Young, a garage foreman, plunged into San Francisco Bay from a pier at the foot of Powell Street. Young both his arms broken was hauled i. ouf with a rope he gripped with his i teeth. Young said he did not know | either of the two who were drown-1 ed.
