Set yourself straight
on these
Bran facts!
If you eat bran it is because you seek relief
from constipation and toxic poisoning!
To get the relief your physician will-tell you
that bran will give—you must be certain to get
Kellogg's Bran, BECAUSE it is ALL BRAN!
That is the kind your physician intends you
to cat.
A ou only delay positive relief when you eat
foods with a partial bran content, because they
can only help you in proportion to the amount
of bran they contain! You haven't time to
waste on 25 per cent or 50 per cent relief
when you know that Kellogg’s Bran will give
you 100 per cent relief BECAUSE IT IS ALL
BRAN!
Every day's delay lets your condition be
come worse! Pills and cathartics can only
aggravate distressing conditions. Part bran
foods cannot permanently help you! They
do not have the necessary bulk or roughage
that makes ALL BRAN positive in its mechan
ical action! That is why Kellogg's Bran is a
necessity!
Kellogg's Bran—because it is ALL BRAN—
is GUARANTEED to give you permanent relief
if you will eat two tablespoonfuls each day, or
as much with each meal in chronic cases!
If you would realize how delicious Kellogg’s
Bran is——cooked, krumbled and ready to eat
—and what it means to your health—you
would not lose a minute starting to eat it! All
grocers sell Kellogg’s Bran in the, Red and
: Green package. a

BABY PEGGY ON PROGRAM
AT THE RYLANDER SATURDAY
Uijjjjstly accused of murder and
then suddenly confronted with the
care of an infant is the harrowing
experience of Harry Carey in his
latest picture, ‘The Miracle Baby,”
to be shown at the Rylander Thea
ter on Saturday. Carey has taken
to the woods to escape the authori
ties and he strikes up with an old
prospector. Together they find an
infant in the cabin where its par
ents lie dead, and true to the code
of the West they take up its care.
With the aid of a book on “how to
feed infants” they endeavor to raise
the child and succeed very well up
to the teething point when they
have to call in the doctor.
In order t 6 call the doctor Carey
mtist return to the town where he
is wanted for murder and where also
lives the girl he loves A series <>»
adventures clears him of the mur
der charge and in addition to this
gets him the girl as a bride, also a
mother for “The Miracle Baby.”
In addition to ‘The Miracle
Baby,” Baby Peggy will appear in
one of her two reel comedies,
'.Miles of Smiles,” and William Dun
can in the eleventh chanter of “the
Steel Trail.”
Today’s attraction at the Rylan
der is Jackie Coogan's latest fea
ture production, “Long Live the
King,” which scored such a tremen
dous hit with audiences at that
theater on Thursday.
“FLAMES OF PASSION”
AT DUDLEY’S TODAY
I his outdoor production may be
truthfully characterized an abbre
viated serial for there is not a reel
that does not unfold some sort of
thrilling escapade—-and all combine
in the, presentation of a picture that
is at all times entertaining and par
ticularly melodramatic. However,
the outstanding thriller is a well
staged and realistic forest fire to
ward the close of the picture.
The cast is a hard-working’ one
and gets busy the moment th.f pic
ture is flashed on the screen. There
are fights on floating logs, on house
tops—and wherenots, with three
daringg rescues—but all these fade
away in comparision with the for
est lire and a subsequirent rescue in
which hero saves* the lives of sweet
heart and her father. Perhaps tile
theme itself, aside from the father
angle has been used time and again
tor there is the jealous rival of the
camp, the unsuccessful suitor from
the city, the rich man’s daughter
who seeks the hand of our hero who
loves the girl of the backwoods, etc.,
but withal that “Flumes of Passion’
furnishes delightful and worthwhile
entertainment.

Quickest Way to Get Well is
Through New Treatment Con
taining Seventeen Ingredients
That Renew Every Part of
the Body.
If you feel sickly and good for
uiothing. have a sort of dizziness,
| dull headache, back pains, rheuma
tism, and are subject to indigestion
or constipation, have no appetite
and can t steep, watch out! There
is grave danger ahead!
Any remedy that will give tempo
rary relief to pain and dope you
up for a time simply postpones the
final spell and makes it worse when
it comes. This is why a complete
systemic treatment is necessary to
regain good health.
This complete treatment is found
only in a prescription known as
Re-Cu-Ma, which .contains seven
tee nwell known and thoroughly
tested medicines, so skilfully com
pounded that each on e performs its
function on the. various parts of
the body perfectly and harmonious-
This remarkable prescription
thoroughly cleanses the colon of
its accumulation pf poisonous re
fuse, discharging it through the
proper channel instead of allowing
it to course through your veins and
empty into your body. The colon,
according to Prof. Metchnikoff of
the Pastuer Institute, p'aris, is the
direct cause of all our aches and
pains.- In addition, Re-Cu-Ma starts
the liver to work pleasantly and
naturally without griping or purg
ing, purifies and strengthens the
blood, thus building firm, healthy,
rosy flesh that is free from pim
ples and other blemishes, relieves
rheumatic and back pains, gives you
a digestion that enables you to e at
anything you like without fear of
bad after affects and you sleep like
a log. In a word, Re-Cu-Ma is a
scientific prescription that revives,
renews and regenerates your entire
system so that you feel constantly
full of pep and ambition.
Re-Cu-Ma is sold and recommend
ed by Planters Seed and Drug Co.
and Howell’s Pharmacy and other
