Lane, city attorney, that the bajyls providing for the improving of Americus streets, now surfaced with woo len blocks, have been validated by Judge Littlejohn. Col. Lane stated today that the validating of the bon ! i was an important step toward the begin ning of work streets to be improved; and that aft< r the period of advertising that De bonds have been validated has transpired they will be offered for sale, find that actual work on the streets should commence around the first of the year.
