one in Jack Middleton, a knobker

At 3 p. m. on the 30th of each
month Edward Pilchard must leave
his home to spend the night at the
Meigs County (Ohio) jail. This is
the unique sentence that was pass
ed on him in March after his plea
of manslaughter had been accept
ed in connection with the fatal
shooting of his brother, William.
He must make four more of these
monthly trips to the jail.
