Yuletide Gayeties will begin with a brilliant script dance at the Am ericus Golf Club on Christmas Eve night and continue unUl Eve. This dance will be in especial compliment to the Americus belles attending school in other cities, who will Jbe at home for the holidays and a number of attractive out-of-town guests. The spacious ball room of the club will be beautifllly decorated with Christmas berries, holly and will be one of the most brilliantn-Zvents of the holiday sea son. It has been announced by the committee in charge that Dan Da vis’ Famous Georgians, of Macon, will play for the dance. This vill be a decided feature of tiie occasion for the orchestra is said to be among the best in the state. Marshall and children have gone to Quitman to spend Christmas with her mother, Mrs. T. H. Hunter. Mr. Marshall will join them Wednesday. Miss Ira Gatewood, has arrived from Ward-Belmont college st Nashville, Tenn., to spend the holi days with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Gatewood, on Lee street.
