FRIDAY AFTERNOON, JULY 10, 1925 LEGAL AD NO. 853 Pursuant to an order of the Hon. Jno. A. Cobb, Ordinary of Sumter county Georgia, granted on the first Monday in June, 1921, will be sold before the court house door in Americus, said county on Tuesday August 4th, 1925, between the legal’ hours of sale to the highest bidder for cash, the following described real estate to wit: One lot fronting east on Hamp ton street in the City of Americus, Sumter county, Georgia, seventy two (72) feet, and extending west therefrom one hundred and forty (140) feet, on which is located three houses; bounded north bv property of A. B. McCoy, south bv property of John Glascow, east by Hampton street and west by Sarah Stevens. ' ,„„ To be sold as the propertv of the estate of Albertha H.
