Mr. and Mrs. Carlton Shy, and
young son, Carlton, Jr., who have
been making their home in Macon,
have moved to Americus where they
will reside in the future. Mr. Shy
having accepted a position with
Crabb Auto Co.
Miss Mattie Lou Hunnicutt, has
returned from a delightful extend
ed visit to relatives in Atlanta,
Barnesville, Macon and Dexter.

(Calif.) hoy, Thomas Dudley Ark
lo, is heir to $200,000, more money
than many men ever earn, yet he
is homeless. A Kentucky court
awarded the boy to his father, then
a California court awarded him to
his grandmother, and another Cali
fornia court remanded the boy into
the keeping of the sheriff until the
case is finally settled,

Little Miss Amelia Jones, the
pretty little daughter' of Mr. and
Mrs. \V. M. Jones, who underwent
a double mastoid operation this
week at the Americus Hospital is re
ported getting along as well as
could be expected, and her many
little friends hope that she will
soon be able to be out again.

little hoys are guests of her par
