Several of the white pastors have been invited to address the convention. “Great preparations have beep made for the meeting and every thing is ready for the host of dele gates.. "Tuesday night at 7:30 will mark the opening devotional eercises of the convention, at which a number of addreses of welcome will be heard by representatives of the va rious churches, both white and col ored, of the city. The response will be made by Rev. W. R.
