Georgia Crops Suffered Damage.

Atlanta, Oa„ October 29.—The
damage "sustained by tt'a cotton crop
of Georgia as a result of the present
cold wave, snow storm and kilting
frost is problematical, according to the
best information obtainable at the de
partment of agriculture. Commissioner
Hudson Is positive, however, that the
cotton crop has been materially dam'
aged.
