The horse ran wildly through two pailing fences, leaving the cot ton and hind wheels of the wag on in Sam Chapman's garden near the railroad. He then went around town at a high rate and ran over the town dump-cart team, cutting a gash in the town mule’s head, the latter being hitched to the dump-cart.
