Tlie Schley county Sunday School Convention of Schley county held i its tlrst quarterly session with the Khenezer Sunday School this day. i The convention was called to order ! bv President 1. N. Miss Jennie Allen presided at the organ and with aid of competent assistants, the music was excellent, and added much to the interest of the occasion. The roll call \t ns taken up by dis¬ tricts. All the representatives pres¬ ent reported their respective schools in a flourishing condition. Sorry to say that several schools were not represented. The address of wel¬ come by Mr. S. M. Settle assured all the visitors of a hearty welcome by the Khenezer people, which was clearly • provt * n by f, their open * heart- ed ,, hospitality to , the convention. . „ No pains wore spared to make the oc- casion one of interest pleasure and profit to all present.
