This trust business is becoming
odoriferous. The latest is a skunk
trust in Wisconsin.
A good plan for a young man is
to work and talk about it after

It seems that Big Jim Barker
did not execute his Ioop-de-loop in

to wear a train two yards long, a

PARTNERS TO THE LAST.
A Southern darkey, wishing the
inhabitants of the village to know
that he and his venerable partner
had decided to retire from active
life, astonished them one morn
ing by placing the following .sign
above the door of the establish
meat:
“Disamto infohm tie public
dat me an’ Ike am goin’ out or
his’ness. I)em dat owes de firm
may settle with me; dem dat de

True Sayings.
It is the fcol man who dresses
for women or thinks they dress for
him.
Marriage ties are the life lines
of content; of discontent, the
shackles.
Children aro the steps on which
grown up folk climb out of the
abyss of self.
' A man is content to avoid be
traying his pain; it takes a woman
to conceal here behind a joyous
smile.
Show me the best woman on
earth and I will show you the same
one who, whatever she thinks of a
man, respects his money-getting.
