The County Commissioners thought J it best to pay them all, and not compel some of the jurors J to wait until fall. ) With reference to overdraft as shown on Pauper Fund, j II beg to say that fOr the quarter beginning Oct. Ist, last, | there were funds in hand to pay some of the Paupers, but j not enough to pay all.
