After four weeks notice pursuant to section 2510 of the Civil Code, a petition, of which a true and correct copy is subjoined, will be presented to the Hon. J. H. Martin, Judge of the Superior Court, at the court house in said county, on the 20th day of March. 1911. L. h. Adams. Georgia—Montgomery County. To Hon. J. H. Martin, Judge of Superior Court of said County: The petition of L. L. Adams respectfully shows: Ist. That he is the legally appoint ed guardian of the person and proper ty of Hoy Lee Adams, his minor son, having been appointed as such guar dian in Forest county. State of Miss issippi, on thp—day of—l 9—, all of which will more fully appear by reference to the authenticated cer tification of his letters of guardian ship hereto attached, to which special reference is hereby made, and which is hereby made a part ot this pet it ion. 2nd. That his said minor son is 11 years old, and owns a tract of land described below lying in Montgomery county, Ha., the said land being till of the real estate belonging to the said ward, to wit: A tract or parcel of bind situated, lying and being in the land district of Montgomery county (la., the same being a portion !of lot No. g.'ir>, lying it. said district, j and being all of said lot retiming af i ter the sale and conveyance of a por j I ion of said lot made by M. J. | Adams to M. T. Adams, said por tion tbits conveyed being a tractor parcel consist ing of 2 o acres, more or less. I\ingin the s.iutp, corner of said fractional lot, and being cut oif from ' thi remainder of said lot by a branch known as the McUae Mill Branch. The portion of said lot belonging to ; the said ward being 100 acres, more j or less. 3rd. The petitioner desires to sell j saiil tract of land, for reinvestment at private sale. 4th. The said land has no im provements ol any account upon it, and yields no income to his ward, but to the contrary, is an expense to tin* petitioner, in that he is comp ll td annually to pay state and county taxes upon the same. sth. That petitioner and his said ward long ago moved away from Montgomery county, Ga., and are now residents of Forest county, state iof Miss., which they intend making t their future home, and on account of this change of residence, it is very | inconvenient and expensive for pe | titiooer to look after and care for the said tract of land, or improve the same so that it would yield to his said ward an income. He is advised and believes that if he were permitt ed by Your Honor to sell said real estate, that he could invest the pro ceeds of the sale of said land in tea 1 estate whore both he and his warti now resides, that would yield a handsome income and be so locate.! that when bis said ward arrives at i.’.-jority he could take charge of the same, and either reside upon it or use it much more advantageously., than he could the property lying in Montgomery county, Georgia. titli. Petitioner shows that notice of bis intention to make this applica tion has been published once a week for four weeks, in Hie Montgomery Monitor, the same being tlie news paper in which tiie county advertise ments are usually published in Mont gomery county as required by law. Li. L. Adams, Guardian of Boy Lee Adams. For Discharge. Georgia—Montgomery County. Whereas, S. J. Meadows adminis trator of the estate of B. F. Inman, represents to the court in bis peti t ion, duly filed and entered on record, that he has fully administered said estate. This is to ette all persons concerned, kindred and creditors, to show cause, if any they have, why said administrator should not be dis charged from his administration and receive letters of dismission outlie first Monday in April, 1911.
