Whereas, the General Assembly at it* sew

Constitution of this State, as set forth in an
Act approved August 14th, 1014, to-wit:
An Act to amend Article 3. Section 4, Puia

The following amendment in hereby pro

Section 4 Paiagiaph 1, of tiie Constitution

Amend said Paragraph 1, of said Section 4,
of Article 3. as folli*w>:
By striking from said Paragraph 1 the
words “until their successors arc elected,”
and inserting in lit*u of said words in said Par
agraph 1, the following words, tc-wit: “Un
til the time fixed by law for the convening of
the next General Assembly ”
Amend further by adding to said Paragraph
1 of said section and article the following
wor Is, to-wit.: That the provisions of this
paragrapn, section ami article shall apply to
the terms.of the members of the General As
sembly, who are elected at the general elec
tion for members of the General Assembly in
tin* vear 1912. When amended said Para

sembly shall be elected lor two years and shall
