Particular attention is called to the fact that some of the timber above described has been cut and removed and that some of the leases, rights-of -way and other privileges have ex pired and that some of the property above described has been exchanged, replaced or added to by other prop erty and equipment, and the express intention is hereby declared to sell the property as a whole as it now stands and as a going concei n to be | taken over as of April 1, 19lfl, inclii-i ding everything which the said The!
