NOW ABLE TO WORK
FIRST TIME IN YEARS
H. W. Miller Didn’t Have
Use of Right Arm For
Years —Gains 13 Pounds
on Tanlac.
“I am 70 years old and haven’t
been able to strike a lick of work
for over 14 years until I got to
taking this Tanlac medicine,”
said Mr. H. W. Miller, at Ja
cob’s Pharmacy, Saturday.
‘‘Fourteen years ago I had a
terrible spell of typhoid fever,
and since that time I hadn’t been
able to use my right arm to do
any good. It felt weak and
numb and I had no strength in
it, but I didn’t get Tanlac for
this trouble, as 1 had no idea I
would ever be able to use it
again.
‘‘l bought it for kidney trouble,
rheumatism and pains in my
back. Well, it relieved me of
these troubles alright, but strange
to say, it helped my arm, too.
Yes, sir, it has actually made my
arm so much better that I can
now do a lot of work—something
I hadn’t been able to do in all
these years. I don’t know how
to account for it, but that’s what
actually happened, and all my
neighbors who have known me
for years will tell you the same
thing.
‘‘Going back to my other
trouble, I sufferred a great deal
from my back and joints, and
was so nervous all the time I
couldn’t sleep much. Sometimes
I would get so nervous and
strung-up that the least noise
would almost make me jump out
of bed before I could control my
self.
‘‘My stomach was all out of
shape, too, and I couldn’t eat to
do any good. Nothing seemed to
taste right, and I got so finally I
would have vomiting spells after
trying to eat. To tell you the
truth, I was in a mighty bad fix
and was just getting weaker and
weaker all the time. I don’t feel
that way now, and after taking
only three bottles of this Tanlac,
I have gained 13 pounds in
weight, besides my stomach feels
just like I had had a new one put
in, and I eat and sleep just like a
schoolboy. The rheumatic pains
are all gone, and I am feeling
better and stronger in every way.
‘‘lt has helped my wife, too.
She is now on her second bottle,
and it is doing her more good
than anything she has tried in
years. She was in almost as bad
a fix as I was and it has relieved
her of ailments she has had for a
long time. Both of us think
there is nothing too good to say
about Tanlac, and I can under
stand why everybody is talking
about it.”
Tanlac is sold in Mt Vernon

Will Ask Representative
To Not Introduce Bill.
When the legislature meets
next June the members of the
Bibb delegation in the house, 1
Messrs. Fowler, Hall and Bar- i
field, are going to ask the rep
resentative of Appling county to
waive his right to introduce the
first bill, so that the bill to re
move the capital from Atlanta to
Macon will be the first measure
introduced at the first session.
Practically the same bill as was
favorably reported by the com
mittee on constitutional amend
ments will be introduced again
next year. With the advantage;
of being House Bill No. 1, it will
hardly be possible for the rules
committee to smother it, as was
done this year.
Ben J. Fowler has made a care
ful study of the newly elected
members of the legislature, and
believes that the capital removal
bill will have more supporters
this year than it had last.- Ma
