Frost, in particular and specifically 75. bushels of corn and two bales of upland cotton, together with one I bale now stored in the Warnock cotton warehouse in Tarry town, said county, the same being Bale No. 1190. Said property levied on and will be sold as the property of J. B. Frost to satisfy an attach ment issued from the clerk’s office of the superior court of said county in favor of Robert Davis vs J. B.
