above and foregoing account is true and correct. This the 4th day ‘

We, the Grand Jury, in and for the county of Montgomery
recommend that the above and foregoing account be paid to J. E. j
Mcßae, Clerk, out of the funds of said county by the Commissioners
thereof.
We recommend further that the said Jr E. Mcßae, Clerk of:
Superior court of said county be paid jay the Commissioners of Roads
and Revenues of said county for issuing jury scripts and certified
copies of sentences, when he is required to certify to them as clerk
of said .court
We further recommend that said J. E. Mcßae be paid out of
funds of the county by the commissioners the legal rate for record
ing all criminal evidence that he is required by law to record, that
he be paid the legal rate for such services as he is required bv law |
to do. Recommended by the body. Feb. 4, 1920. '
