tioned cases and including its plant,
sawmill, planing mill, manufacturing
plant, boilers, engines, machinery
equipment, power houses, power plants
and any and all other property which it

ing the manufactured lumber and ac¬
counts receivable, which manufactured
lumber and accounts receivable, were
taken possession of by the receivers in
this cause, except that there shall not
be included the stock of goods, fixtures
and accounts arising therefrom of the
business conducted under the name of
the Lumber Supply Company located at
Kilijay, Gnmer County, Georgia.
