A short Sketch of McDonough’s many
v
Varied interests, and a glimpse at her
Furure Greatness and Glory when
she fully realizes and appre=
dates her many resources.
Some Rare Opportunities.
This town is rapidly growing
and desirable residence lots are
becoming fewer all the time.
At the present time, however,
there is a very tine opportunity for
one to secure some very choice lots
in several sections of the town.
Messrs. Daniel and Carmichael
have laid off a number of fine lots
in “Western Heights,” which are
close in and at the same time very
choice lots.
Then there is the Nelson estate,
Gunter estate, and the Yarner es
tate, all within easy reach of the
town, that will lie offered for sale
in a. short time. Any and all these
places have some very fine lots for
homes.
Now is. indeed a rare opportuni
ty for some one to get a choice Id
eation in-town, and at a reasona
ble figure.
It will indeed be an opportunity
forever passed if you fail to buy
one of these lots now as they nev
er will again sell as cheaply as
•when they are offered for sale on
the first Tuesday in November.
On these* lots in it few months
there will doubtless be some hand
some new homes before the spring
season opens.
