The Henry County Weekly VOL. XXXIII NO PAPER NEXT WEEK There will bo no paper next week —the editor and the office force will take a week's rest. Though next Friday is the first day of January, yet in order to is sue a paper hearing that date we would have to work the greater part of the holiday week. We desire to thank each and every one who has in any way contributed to the success of The Weekly the past year. This closes the second year s work of the present editor of the Weekly, and while he has not by any means succeeded in making the Weekly what he fvants it to be, yet he has honestly endeavered to get out a creditable paper. For the coming year we want to make a far better paper of the Weekly than the year just closed and shall ask in this connection that all assist him by giving every bit of news of any kind that will be of any general interest. We want to thank our corps of faithful correspondents for their uniform kindness during the past year, and hope to have a live letter from each one of them for our next issue—Jan. Btli, 1909. We also want to secure regular correspondents at several places in county where but little, if any, news has been sent in during the past year. And to our advertisers, we wish to express our sincere thanks for their liberal patronage and hope that each one of them will give us an increased amount of business during the coming year.
