Bullock's place in the Northern part of Lovo district, while cleaning out a well on the latter’s place Tuesday morning about 10 o’clock was instantly killed by the fall of a heavy loud of mud in a lccg on his head which broke his skull. He was about 50 years old and is survived by his wife, and son, Mr. Bud Walden, two daughters, Misses, Nora and Delia Walden. The funeral and interment oc curred on Wednesday morning at the Chafin burying ground in Loves district. School Notice. He had been in bad healtli for a» number of years, but was recently taken worse, which resulted in hi* death. He was formerly of Hamp ton whore ho was engaged in busi ness for a number of years, but for several years past, h( bud resided in McDonough, and was with t he McDonough Buggy Co here, uutili a few months ago when ho moved his family to Eaist Point toengugei in business there. Mr. Turnipsoed was a good, quiet citizen who was ever ready to aid and assist his friends at ail times. His remains wore carried to Hampton for enterment Tues day morning. He leaves a -wife and live children to mourn hi* death. Mrs. Mattie Gunn Dead. Mrs. Mattie Gunn, wife of Mr. J. T. Gunn, of Woodstown, died at her home last Saturday afternco* Oct 9tli after an illness of seventh weeks from typhoid fever. She was 42 years old and is sor vived by her husband, 3 soas, » daughters, 2 brothers and her mother. The funeral and interment was held at Sardis church on Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock, Rev. Z. M..
