the November term, 1909, there will be
sold atyhe court bouse in Jonesboro, Ga.
on the first Tuesday in December next
between the legal hours of sale, the fol
lowing property, to-wit: Seventy-five (75)
acres of land located in the Twelfth dis
trict of Henry county, and being part of
land lot No. 129 and known as the Sam
Pat-illo place, bounded on the north by
Wess Pat illo’s place, east by W. A. Gard
ner,south by E. Flake and W est by John
Evans. Property sold to pay debts and
support minors, and as the property of
Mrs. M. V, Patillo, deceased, and her

Doors in the city of McDonough, said
State and Countyon the First Tuesday in
December 1909, between the legal hours
of sale, to the highest bidder for cash, the
following property to-wit. 240 pounds of
seed cotton in the house of Bub Harkness
also 2,000 more or less of seed cotton in
the field. Levied on as the property of
Bub Harkness or W. FI. Cleveland
to satisfy a Distress Warrant issued from
the County Court of Henry County, in
favor of D. D. Elliott vs Henry Cleveland
