By virtue of an order passed by the Court of Ordinary of said county, at the Octo ber term 1909, and agreement of the Cleveland heirs, will be sold before the court house door at McDonough, Ga. on the first Tuesday in December next, within the le = gal hours of sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, eighteen acres of land, more or less, same being the land owned by W. M. Cleaveland, late of Henry county. Ga., deceased, and described in the last will and testament of said deceased: bounded on the North by Key’s Ferry road and lands of E. IT. Berry, VV. T. Elliott, W. B. J. Ingram and G. W. Cathey; east by what is known as the Mill Road: south by the lands of H. J. Copeland, firs. Gunter, Jim Rape, Brooks Bryant, and Mrs. S. M. Hooten on the west by lands of James Patterson, E. IT. Smith, G. W. Bryans and other lands of the estate of deceased. Said tract of kind will be sold as subdivided into building lots, being thirty=six in number as shown by plat herewith published and by blue print of same now of file in Clerk’s office of Henry Superior Court which will be re= corded for future reference. Sold by agreement of all the heirs of said deceased, for distribution. This Nov. 4th', 1509.
