LEVELS TO JNO. R- SMITH.
Jackson, Ga.,Route 3., March 15, 1910,
Mr. John R. Smith, McDonough, Ga.
Dear Sir: — In regard to the Circular Saws you hammered for
us. we will say that we have had them hammered in Atlanta several
times by the best saw-makers there, and on several occasions have
even had to return them to have 1 lie ni done over, and even then we
could not cut!Oak or other hard wood satisfactorily, Bnt since you
hammered them they run BETTER than w hen new, and we can cut
oak or any other hard wood with them as easily, or even easier than
they would cut pine before. In fact we calculate cur saw troubles
is over, and yon'ean rest assured that when we need any more saw
hammering done, or, in fact, any other kird of machinery repairing
done you will geUthe work. And we furtheimere recommend other
saw mill men with similar troubles to have you do their work.
Yours truly,
C. L. BARTLETT & AUSTAN.
