library, meeting room, salesroom,
kitchen, etc. A building of this
description is deeded here. It
w’ould be a center of entertain

Buildings have already been er

chapters have been organized all
over the United States from Maine
to California.
Other towms have builditgs

going to let other towns beat Mc-
Donough. Not only have they the
buildings completely furnished,
but they receive a regular mon
thly remittance from the head
quarters of the League for the
maintenance of the Chapter House
to pay for light, heat, etc.
Every Chapter House is equip
ped with a beautiful Grand Con
cert Phonograph costing $225.00.
Thirty records are supplied and
changed every week, or as often
as the members desire, for thirty
new records. What others can do,
we can do. The only question is-do
we want it?
Peck, Idaho, has a chapter
House, and it is only a little town
with less than 200 inhabitants.
Here’s what they say.
“We have received many let
ters asking whether the promises
regarding our Chapter House
have been carried out, and I wish
to say most emphatically Yes, and
more. Our Chapter House is con
sidered the prettiest little house in
Ncz Perces Connty. Our furniture
has come, also our elegant library
table phonograph. We are getting
new members every w r eek.
Yours most sincerely.
