Happy Hapenings. The farmers are very nearly up with their crops and the harvest is swiftly passing by. Miss Maud Banks and Mr. David Medlock attended the children’s services at Hampton Sunday night. The Sunday school at Liberty Hill will be on Sunday afternoon instead of Sunday morning as was published last week. It will be on Sunday at 2:30 o’clock, p. m. Miss Lillian and Mr. Hatlie Stanfield attended children’s ser vices at Lovejoy Sunday night and report a good one. There was $31.30 made up for the Orphans. Messrs. R. F. Stanfield, W. A. Callaway, N. C. Callaway, and C. C. Chinn were the guests of Messrs. Tom Pendley and John Dorsey Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Callaway, who have been in McDonough for the past week, were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Callaway Saturday and Sunday. Miss Otelia Wallace went to spend a few days with her aunt, Mrs. D. T. Stone, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Wallace visited relatives Sunday. Mr. W. T. Stanfield and family were the guests of Mr.|Tom Dorsey and family Sunday and Thursday. We regret to note the illness of Mr. Wyman Barnett; he has the fever and we hope he will soon be well again, so that he can be with his Sunday school class. We also regret to note the illness of Mrs. Howard Callaway. We hope for her a speedy re covery. Mesdames W. T. Stanfield. A. M.
