APPLICATION FOK CHARTER. Georgia, Henry County. To the Superior Court of wild county. The petition of T. A. Lifsey, of Henry county, and C. T. Norton and G. 11. Bell, of Fulton county, said state respectfully shows: 1. That they desire for themselves, their associates, successors and assigns, to be incorporated under the name and style of “THE HENRY COUNTY DRUG COMPANY. - ’ The term for which petitioners ask to lie incorporated is twenty years, with the privilege of renewal at the end of the time. 3. The capital stock of the corporation is to be four thousand and five hundred dollars, divided into sharesof one hundred dollars each by a majority vote of said stock, of which sum, the required ten per cent has actually been paid in. Petitioners, ask however, the privilege of increasing said capital stock, at any time, to any amount not to exceed ten thousand dol lars in the aggregate. 4. The object of the proposed corpora tion is pecuniary profit and gain to its stockholders. Petitioners propose to carry on a general drug business; buying and selling for cash or on credit all such arti cles and things as may be profitably hand led and sold in connection therewith; acting as general or special agents for other persons or companies in selling or handling any articles or class of articles appropriated to the general drug business or usually conveniently connected there with, and to exercise the usual powers and to do all usual, necessary and proper acts which pertain to or may be connected with the general drug business. 5. Petitions ask for the privilege to have and use a common seal, to buy, hold, lease, rent, sell and convey any kind of real estate, to make or take security for any indebtedness, and for such security to execute or receive deeds, mortgages, col lateral, or any lawful security, and to pass such bv-laws and rules as may be neces sary for the government of said corpora tion not inconsistent with the laws of this state. <3. The principal office and place of busi ness of the proposed corporation will be in the city of McDonough, county and state aforesaid. Wherefore petitioners pray to be made a body corporate under the name and style aforesaid, entitled to the rights, privileges and immunities and subject to liabilities fixed by law. Edward L.
