Mrs. Welch Writes of Agricultural School. ft Di ' . . you allow me space in v 1 val , paper 1 would like t< )eak . vords in behalf of tl Gtl District Agricultural S »01, Bartlesville, Ga., as I h. ju t mi them a visit. I found e ytliir :* pleasant and every tl is* et a to be moving on n ly. happ i set of girls I never s; any re; all said they were h ig ag> >J time and well satis f Oft >urse some of the boys V; had wer been off to a bonding school were homesick, bui find me a boy that loves home ;ii v 1:(i he liist leave, if he is perfectly satisfied, I would like to hear irom him. All the teachers seemed to have great interest in the wellfare of every pupil. We went all around to see the work, went to the shop where the boys were at work, also in the school room, and in the dishwash ing room, we saw the girls hurry ing around laughing, talking, and singing as they cleared the table and dishes, the tables all so white and clean ancj, the best part, they had plenty to eat and something that was good. It shows to us that they have an experienced cook. I didn’t learn who he was, only Ben. Then we saw them separating the milk, which they get from six cows. Everything looked nice and clean. In that room that was run by two young men student;, I forget their names, all seemed to take pleasure in showing and explaining everything as I went around. 1 think there was one teacher at each table, so that they will be under the watch care of them all the time. When I went in my son’s room, I found a New Testament and quickly knew it was not the one I gave him. So I ask where it came from. He said Mr. Duffey gave it to him, said he thought he gave them all one. We can never forget the pleas ant smiles from each and every one, every teacher and matron and students, Mr. and Mrs. Duffey, Mr. and Mrs. Galloway, Mr. Rosen burg, Mr. Bloss, Miss Smith, and Miss Hall, everybody. I think that is all the teachers and matrons. My trip was pleasant from the time Mr. Duffey and my daughter met me at the train until 1 left them. So if any one wants to know any more, they would enjoy a visit to them. Mrs. Welch. FOK LRAVK TO SELL. Georgia, Henry County, To whom it may concern : D. T.
