By virtue of the authority given
to me by the last will and testa
ment of T. M* Bearden, late of said
county,deceased, which will is now
of record in the office of the Ordi
nary of said county, will be sold at
Public Outcry on the First Tuesday
in November, 1913, at the Court
House in said oouaty, between the
usual hours of sale, the following
real estate in Henry County, Ga.,
to-wit— said real estate lving and
being in the second land district of
Henry County, Ga., same being the
west half of lot No. (224) two hun
dred and twenty-four, and bounded
as follows:
On the north by lands of Mrs. A.
P. Bearden, on the east by lands of
James English, on the south by
lands of William Tingle, and on
the west by lands of" Jack McKib
ben, said land being owned by said
T. M. Bearden at the time of bis
death, containing one hundred
acres, more or less, on which is
situated a five-room dwelling house
with other outbuildings.

the Court of Ordinary of Henry
County at the regular Februaay
Term, 1913, will be sold before the
Court House door in the City of
McDonough, Ga., on the First Tues
day in November, 1913, between
the legal hours of sale, to the high
est bidder for cash, the following
land belonging to the estate of Dr.
Raleigh Hightower, late of said
county, to-wit:
One hundred and twenty-three
aores of land, more or less, in the
11th Land District of Henry Coun
ty, Ga., bounded on the north by
lands of H. S. Elliott, east by lands
of the estate of Buok Moseley and
Chaffin, south by lands of H. B. El
liott and west by the Dower assign
ed to Mrs. M. O. Hightower.
Said land sold for the purpose of
distribution among the heirs of
said estate. •

Georgia, and being the property *
owned by the late I. B. Bryans at
the time of his death:
