1913, the following described pro
perty, to-wit:
“One house and lot in the town
of Hampton, 3d land district of
Henry County, said lot containing
one-half acre, more or less, and
bounded as follows: On Noith
and East by 0. T. Hennessee,
South by T. C. Jones, West Dy
George Archer’s estate, with all
improvements thereon, levied
on as the property of J. A Barham
to satisfy an execution issued from
the Justice Court of the 723 d Dis
trict, G. M., of Henry County,
Georgia, on February 14, 1313, in
favor of Henderson-Arnold Com
pony against J. A. Barham. Terms
Cash. Property levied on pointed
out by the plaintiff fi.fa. Tenant i i
possession notified. This the 9th

ember, 1913, the following real
estate situated in Henry County,
Georgia, and being the property
owned by the late I. B. Bryans at
the time of his death:
84 acres of land in the Bth land
district of said county, bounded on
the North by lands of Omes Ros
ser, Charles Fisher, and Austin
Rosser, on the east by the the
Webb place and 0. Jones, on the
South by the Lane place and Joe
Hooten, and on the west by Joe
Hooten and Sam Austin.
Also one house and lot in Me
Donough, Georgia, said county, on
College Street, containing one acre,
more or less, and bounded on the
North by an alley, on the West by
Mrs. Lilah Copeland’s lot, on the
South by Coll ge Street, and on
the East by Jim Rape.

late of said county, deceased, for
the purpose of distribution among
the heirs of said estate.
