About night the order came for us to stay there for the night. We picked up rails, wood and built bunks as best we could, so as to keep us out of the water, and went to our peaceful couches and slept sweetly, thus spending our Christm is cold and hungrv and without any bedding, as we had left rn ).->t of our baggage at Nashville.
