Mrs. Mittie Wells and son, Er nest. of Little Rock, Ark., are spending ten days with Mrs. Bar bara Pruett. Mrs. McGuire of Macon, is visit ing her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. V. Williams. Miss Mary Russell has returned to G. N. and I. College after a visit to Mrs. B. F. Davis. Mrs. James Hubbard of Wadley, is with Mrs. Harris Brown. Mrs. Minnie Knott has returned to her home in Dalton after a visit to relatives here. Miss Evie Campbell Secretary of the Ga. W. B. M. U., spent sev eral days with Mrs. S. M. Gardner last week. It was our privilege to attend the Easter services at Timber Ridge Sunday p. m. which were very impressive and interesting Rev. 11. V. Adamson filled his regular appointment at Salem Saturday but was called away on account of a funeral Sunday. Rev B. S. Elliott filled his place and made a very interesting and ap propriate talk. Mr. Gus Brannan and little Mil dred spent Sunday with the for mer’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Brannan. Whooping cough, chicken pox, rain and war! Which is the worse?
