Whereas, in the exercise of the dis¬
cretion vested in me by law as judge
of the Superior Court of the Stone
Mountain Circuit, conceiving it to be
necessary to hold a special term of
the Superior Court in and for the
County of Newton in said Circuit for
the trial of criminal, and for the dis¬
position of such civil business, either
or both, as may there appear for dis¬
position at the time, a special term
of said Superior Court for the County
of Newton, said state, is hereby call¬
ed and ordered to be held for the
trial and disposition of such criminal
and civil cases as may then appear
for trial on the first Monday in
December, 1911, and up to and includ
ing Saturdaty of said week, beginning
on said first Monday.
It is hereby further ordered that
the traverse jurors which served for
the September term, 1911 in said Su¬
perior Court be resummoned to ap¬
pear and serve at sa'd special term
of Court -thus called.
The clerk and the Sheriff of New¬
ton County are hereby ordered to
have said jurors summoned for said
purpose at said time.
And it is so ordered.
