from Moreland, where he attended

Mrs. J. A. McDonald returned last
Wednesday from Atlanta, where she
spent several days en route from

bytery.
Mr. and Mrs. J. O. Lummus spent
Friday in Covington.
Miss Means, of Monroe, arrived
Friday to take charge of her school.

dren spent Sunday night in McDon¬

Miss Frauc DeLoach entertained
her Sunday school class Saturday af¬
ternoon. After playing a number of
games refreshments were served.
Rev. and Mrs. Avery A. Lummus,
whose wedding was a pretty event
of the 30th, taking place at the Bap¬
tist of Natchitoches, La., will arrive
Tuesday, the 5th to be the guest of
Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Lummus. Mrs.
Avery A. Lummus was formrely Miss
Nettie Tarber, of Natchitoches.
Mr. H. A. DeLoach has been quite
sick for several days.

property, to wit: our entire stock of merchandise, furniture
and fixtures. Also two brick store rooms now occupied by
