installs costly equipment.
Tin 1 Conyers Coco-Cola Bottling Co.,
always alive to the best interests of
jt s patrons, lias just installed in its
already well equipped plant one of the
most modern bottle cleaning appliances
in this part of tin* state—the T.oew
Hydro Pressure Bottle Soaker.
The machine, which weighs several
tons, required the services of two ex¬
perienced mechanics in erecting it and
getting it in operation,. It is placed
on a two foot solid concrete base and
stands eight feet above the ground ana
is 15 feet long. .
The mechanism of the machine is
very intricate: tin* bottles are placed
in slots on a contiuous chain which
passes through two compartments of
caustic soda, the soda is one compart¬
ment being heated to 140 degrees Far
enheit and in the other to 160 degrees.
This process of sterilization frees the
bottles of any germs. The bottles are
then subjected to four rinsings under
extremely high pressure through clear
water, and before they are removed
from the machine they pass through a
high power electric box. where any for.
eign matter is easily detected.
Mr. Alexander, tip, efficient manager
of the company, will be glad to have
the public romp in and inspect this
newest addition to the plant.—Conyers

r OL. YVALT.R ANDREWS
IS HON¬
ORED—STREET NAMED FOR HIM
Atlanta, June 1.—Atlanta has a
brand new street. Andrews avanue
named after Colonel Walter P. And¬
rews. one of Fulton county’s legis
'ators in the coming session of the as¬
sembly.
The honor is a particularly appro¬
priate one, as Col. Andrews announced
that “good ryads” would be a prin
■ipal plank in his platform, and as he
intends to devote a great deal of his
his time and energy while in the leg¬
islature to aiding in the creation of
a state highway commission and to
the enactment of other legislation that
will help the already progressive build¬
ing of good roads in Georgia, particu
uarly in the rural sections.
Colonel Andrews was raised on a
Georgia farm and knows the import¬
ance of good roads in agricultural sec¬
tions. He is the first Georgia legis
latoj* in this generation who has had
tin* honor of having an Atlanta street
named ofter him.

Try Burhu and Juniper for
Weak Kidneys or Bladder
If kidneys or bladders are weak we
are obliged to get up often at night;
urine is dark, spots before the eyes,
back aches, puffy ankles or eyelids,
dropsy, rheumatism .lumbago, yellow
skin, short breath, diziuess, despond¬
ency, diabetes. The best medicine for
these distressing symptoms is old
fashioned Stuart’s Buchu and Juniper
Compound. It neutralizes the acids
in the urine and strengthens the neck
of the bladder and cleans all impuri¬
ties from the kidneys, thus curing the
worst cases of kidney or bladder trou¬
! ble. Take a spoonful Stuart’s Buchu
' and Juniper in little water after
a
meals and on going to bed. Sold by

TAKE

pains peculiar to weak

symptoms of womanly

need a tonic for that tired,
nervous, worn-out feel¬
