week, in which Rev. W. W. Combs,
the popular and able pastor, is being
assisted by Rev. L. E. Roberts, of
College Park, who is delivering an
interesting series of highly edifying
sermons.
The morning services commence at
10:00 and the evening services at. 8:15
o’clock and everybody in the city is
urgently invited to attend and co¬
operate in this movement in the inter¬
est of tlie religious life of the city.
* Prof. W. W. Combs, musical director,
has organised a large choir of adults
and a large junior choir, the singing
of whieli is an inspiration for good to
ivll who appreciate gospel songs.

.vary, glad to learn that we already
have tlie foundation of a good library.
The Company furnishes a nice room in
(lie sehool building and the O. S. P.
Club has quite a collection of excel¬
lent books, magazines and etc.,while a
fund of more than $50.00 has been
raised and we understand tliat “The
old Ma id’s Convention” will be staged
fat the Auditorium about the first of
September, the proceeds to go to the
development of the library. During tin
coming Autumn and winter a great ef¬
fort will be put forth to get enough
money to furnish an adequate supply
of literature.

Our good friend, Mr. Otha Wheeler,
has annexed a John Henry, and it is
almost human. He can hack out of
the garage and that Ford will just
naturally run to a certain young lady’s
home, and never hit a post, nor run
