GEORGIA—Newton County: The petition /of W. Cohen and Leon Cohen, of said county, shows to the court the following facts, to-wit: 1. Petitioners, together with their associates, desire to be incorporated under the name of W. The principal plaqp of business of said corporation will be in the city of Covington, Newton county, Georgia. 4. The capital stock of said corpor¬ ation shall be forty thousand dollars, divided into shares of one hundred dollars each, all of which said capital stock lias actually been paid in; but petitioners desire the right to increase said capital stock to Sixty Thousand Dollars by a majority vote of the stock holders when they may so desire. 5. That he is the Guardian of Ella Mae and Emma Cloe A Jams, hereto fore duly appointed as such Guardian in said County. 2. That he desires to sell for re¬ investment at private sale the follow ing property, the same being a par of the real estate of his said ward to-wit: One-half undivided interest ii house and lot in Mansfield District in the town of Mansfield, Newton County, Georgia, being bounded as follows: On the north by Second Ave., east by B. M. Leach, south by the property of the Central R. R., west by property of Methodist Church; said lot bAng a part of ten-acre tract of land formerly owned by F. E. Heard, contining 75 feet, more or less' on Second Ave., and running back 150 feet, more or less, to said railroad property. Being same lot deeded to N. C. Adams by G. C; Adams on Jan 1, 1912, and recorded in Book No. 11 page 241, Clerk’s Office, Newton County, Georgia. 3. Said house and lot has rented for ?8.50 per month and the Guardian has been offered enough for said house and lot to authorize him to sell it and invest the proceeds in government securities, to a better ad vantage in every way for his wards. 4. Petitioner desires to invest the proceeds of such sale in Government Thrift Stamps. 5. Petitioner shows that notice of his intention to make this application has been published once a -week for four weeks in the Covington News being the newspaper in which county advertisements are usually published as required by law.
