PETITION FOR CHARTER.
GEORGIA Newton County:
The petition of W. Cohen and Leon
j Cohen, of said county, shows to
court ihe following facts, to-wit:
1. Petitioners, together with
associates, desire to be incorporated
under the name of W. Cohen Com¬
pany, Incorporated, for a period of
twenty years, with the right to renew
said charter at Ihe expiration of said
time.
2. The object of said corporation is
pecuniary gain and io carry on and
maintain a general mercantile bus’
ness in the City of Covington, Geo
gia, which said place shall be the loca¬
tion of its principal office, but peti¬
tioners desire tlie right to establish
branch offices within this State or
elsewhere, whenever the holders of a
majority of the stock may so de¬
termine, and to this end, to buy and
seil goods, wares and

Drainage Improvements of Gum Creek
Drainage District is THIRTY-SIX
THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED FIVE
AND 88-100 Dollars, and exceeds an
average of twenty-five cents per acre
on the lands in the District: Now
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Board o
Drainage Commissioners issue bond
for the payment of the total costs of

And be it. further resolved, That, the
