The ceremony occurred at the home
of the bride’s mother, Mrs, Me Lazenby.

Decorated with sprays of holly a
high embankment of ferns above
which holly was entwined, formed the
altar. Pink sultanas and unshaded can¬
dles added to the beauty of the scene
in the parlor. -
The bride wore a lovely tailored suit
of blue with accessories to match.
After the ceremony the bridal partv
was given a reception at the home of
the groom’s mother, Mrs. YV. A. Gard¬
ner, of YY’est Newton. A delightful six
o’clock dinner was served.
The bride is the attractive daughter
of Mrs. M. C. Lazenby and has a wide
circle of friends.
The groom is a young successful
farmer. After January 1, they will be
at home with the groom’s mother, Mrs
YY’. A. Gardner.

the evening instead of afternoon Tues¬
