Prizes will be awarded on the basis of the number of votes received by each contes¬ tant, one vote to be given with each TEN CENTS worth of merchandise purchased from any firm whose advertisement appears in the PRIZE PAGE published in THE NEWS each week. (3.) The first prize will be awarded to the person having the largest number of votes secured from the various firms on this page; the second prize to the second largest num¬ ber of votes, etc. In case of a tie between any two contestants, the prizes in question will be equally divided between the two. (4.) Coupons for votes can be issued only by firms whose advertisements appear on the Prize Page of The News. (5.)
