ers who perform the duties of a
second job at home may still be
able to deduct office expenses
connected with their part-time
work, according to the Georgia

Elders Greg Felten and John Stokes
Mormon missionaries here
Two young men are working in
the Covington area as missionaries
of The Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter Day Saints. Elder John
Stokes, 24, from Ogden, Utah has
lived in Covington several months.
Elder Greg Felten, 24, from
Phoenix, Ariz. just recently moved
here.
These young men, who voluntarily
devote two years of their lives to
this work, are part of a missionary
force of 24,000 throughout the free
world. They go from door to door
and are available by appointment
to explain the Mormon faith and
answer questions concerning their
faith.
The Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter-Day Saints recognizes that
the family is the basic unit of
society, so family unity and close
family ties are essential to a healthy
community. To keep the bonds
strong between family members,
the Church has a program called
“Family Home Evening”. This

program is designed to meet these
objectives by bringing the family
together at least one evening a
week, to discuss the Gospel, enjoy
activities together, and, most
