Petersburg, Feb. -20.—There is s tragic sequel to the conviction of Count O'Brien DeLassy for the mur der of Count Vassilli Bouturlin, for which crime he was sentenced to pen al servitude for life. His wife, <vho was the sister of Count Vassilli and the daughter of General Bouturlin, has become insane. Immediately af ter the verdict Countess Del.assy an nounced her intention of going to Li beria with her husband. Then she dis appeared.
