CONGRESSMAN PARK
URGES NEW METHOD
TO IMPEACH JUDGES,
Washington, July 30.—Believing the
present method of holding impeach
ment trials is cumbersome and unsut
isfuctory to all parties concerned,
Congressman Frank Park, of Geor
gia, wiit bend his energies toward
bringing ubout a change in the pro
cedure of impeachment of ai
judges.
It was Congressman Park who of
fered the resolution of impeachment
directed at Justice Daniel T. Wright,
of the District Supreme Court.
Congressman Park thinks then
should be un "Impeachment board"

of the judiciary and to "keep watch
on the bench. He would hove thl*

Senate and House, and his resolution
probably will provide that it shall bo
